Get a quote that is accurate the first time

Answer five short steps and we have everything needed to price your automation properly: what should happen, how often, in which tools and by when. No follow-up questionnaire and no vague starting price.

  • About four minutes
  • Written quote within one working day
  • Nothing to pay until you approve

Why five steps

Every question is here because it changes the price or the plan

A good quote depends on a handful of facts. We ask for them once, up front, so you never spend a week answering clarification emails.

  • Scope

Which service, which build level and what should start it. This sets the shape of the build and most of the price.

  • Platform and channels

Where your store runs and where else you sell, because every extra channel adds connections to design and test.

  • Orders and catalog

How many orders and products pass through the automation each month decides how much resilience it needs.

  • Access

Who can approve access in each tool. Ask them early, and we will tell you exactly which permissions are needed and why.

  • Edge cases

Refunds, duplicates, out-of-stock items and what “done” looks like. One line on each saves days later.

  • Your deadline

A sale, a launch or a busy season. We build the plan backwards from the date that matters to you.

Quote form

Tell us about your automation

Five steps, about four minutes. The step bar stays at the top and the Continue button stays at the bottom as you scroll.

Nothing is charged by sending this form. You pay only after you approve the written quote.

Step 1 of 5

* marks a required field. Answer everything on the step, then press Continue.

About you and your store

So we know who we are helping and which time zone to reply in.

1Contact detailsYour name and email
The quote and every reply go to this address.
2Your storeName, website and your role
We look at the store before we quote.
3Where you areCountry and time zone
We reply in your working hours.

The automation

Describe what should happen. Plain language is perfect.

1What you are asking forWhich service and how complete the build should be
The levels match the three plans on each service page. Choose ‘Not sure’ and we will recommend one.
2Platform and triggerWhere your store runs and what starts the automation
3In your own wordsWhat should it do?
Cover what starts it, what happens, and what ‘done’ looks like. At least 30 characters.

Store size and setup

These answers decide how much testing and resilience the build needs.

1SizeOrders, catalog and channels
Where do you sell? (required)
Select all that apply
Choose all that apply.
2What you have todayExisting setup and problems
3DataWhat the automation will touch
What kind of data will it use? (required)
Select all that apply
Choose all that apply. This is only used to plan security and testing.

Timeline, budget and access

The last facts we need to price and schedule the work.

1BudgetA range keeps the proposal realistic
Required. A range is not a promise to spend it, and we never quote higher because your range is higher.
2TimingStart date, urgency and go-live
3Access and supportAccess, test store and support after launch

Review and send

Check your answers, add anything we missed, and send.

    What you get back

A written quote you can approve or hand to your team

Within one working day you receive a plain-language proposal, not a template. Every quote contains the same twelve parts.

    • Fixed scope

Exactly which flows, tools and exception paths are covered, and what is deliberately left out.

    • One clear price

A single price in US dollars for the agreed scope, paid once, with no hourly surprises and no revenue share.

    • Delivery window

A realistic number of working days, from 5 to 32 depending on the service, starting when we have access.

    • Access plan

Which permissions each tool needs, why, and how to grant them safely. Least access, always.

    • Test plan

How we will prove the automation works before you rely on it, including failure and retry cases.

    • Included support

Two revision rounds and thirty days of fixes are part of every build, as set out in our revision policy.

    • Assumptions

Anything we are relying on, such as the plan limits of your apps, written down so it cannot become a surprise.

    • Validity

Quotes stay valid for 14 days. After that we re-confirm availability and scope.

    • Your point of contact

The name of the person who owns your project, so every question has an obvious place to go.

    • Next steps

The exact order of events after you approve: payment, access, build, testing and handover, with dates.

    • Out of scope list

The things a quote does not cover, such as new platforms or extra storefronts, so growth is never a surprise.

    • How to reply

One link to approve, ask a question or request a change, answered by a person within one working day.

    How we price

What actually moves the price of an automation

Every service has three fixed plans, from $890 to $8,900. A custom quote uses the same logic, applied to your store.

    FactorWhy it mattersEffect on price
Service and build levelEach plan adds flows, channels or testing to the one before it.Largest single factor
Channels connectedEvery extra platform adds authentication, field mapping and failure cases.Grows with each channel
Orders and catalog sizeHigh volume needs queuing, rate-limit handling and duplicate protection.Moderate to large
Sensitive dataPayment records and personal data add review, redaction and stricter testing.Moderate
Existing setupReplacing a half-working automation takes more than starting fresh.Small to moderate
Delivery speedPriority and rush delivery move your build to the front of the queue.Small to moderate
    After you send

    What happens next

From the moment you press send to the day work starts, here is the path. You stay in control at every step.

    1. Instant

      Confirmation

A confirmation page appears straight away and a copy of your answers reaches your inbox.

    2. Within one working day

      Your written quote

A specialist reads the whole request, opens your store and sends a quote with scope, price, timeline and access plan.

    3. Your call

      Approve and pay

Approve the quote and pay through the secure checkout. The clock starts as soon as access is in place.

    Quote questions

What people ask before they request a quote

    How accurate is the quote?

The quote is a fixed price for a fixed scope. When your answers are complete it does not change, and if we find something that was not in the request we tell you before doing any extra work, so you decide whether to add it.

Do I have to give a budget?

Yes, a budget range is required, because it lets us propose a scope that fits instead of one you cannot afford. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure yet, please recommend” and we will suggest a range.

Does requesting a quote cost anything?

Requesting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. You only pay after you have read the written quote and approved it, using the secure checkout described in our payment terms.

How long does a quote stay valid?

A quote stays valid for 14 days. After that we may need to re-confirm availability and scope, because our build calendar changes and your store may have changed too.

What if my tools are not on your service pages?

Choose “A custom automation that is not listed”. If your tool has an API, webhooks or a supported connector we can usually build it, and we will say clearly if we cannot.

Can I compare prices before I ask?

Yes. Every service page has a price calculator with the three plans and every option, and the comparisons hub explains how a fixed-price build compares with apps, agencies and freelancers.

What happens after I send the form?

A person reads it, checks your store and sends a written fixed-price quote within one working day.

Can I ask for several automations at once?

Yes. Choose the main one in the form and mention the others, and we price them together, often with a lower combined cost.

Do you ask for access in the quote form?

No. Never send passwords or keys in the form. Access is requested later through your client portal.

Can I change my answers after sending?

Yes. Reply to the confirmation or use the contact form and we update the quote.
