Care Plans

Keep your store’s automations running, repaired and improving

Automations do not fail loudly. A login expires, an app updates or a supplier changes a file, and sales leak for weeks before anyone notices. Care Plans put our team on watch, so you hear about the problem from us first and the fix is already under way.

  • Month to month, no contract
  • Alerts reach us first
  • Replies in 6 to 24 hours

Why care matters

The expensive failures are the quiet ones

A launch day is easy to measure. The trouble starts in week six, when nothing is on fire and nobody is looking. These are the six silent failures that care plans exist to catch.

  • Logins that expire

Connections between your tools lose permission without warning, and the flow that depended on them simply stops.

  • Apps that update

A new version of a plugin or an app changes a setting, and a message that worked yesterday no longer sends.

  • Suppliers that change formats

A supplier alters a file or an address, and orders begin arriving wrongly or not at all.

  • Email that drifts

Deliverability slides slowly, until recovery messages land in spam and nobody can say when it began.

  • Prices that go stale

Repricing rules written for last season quietly push products beyond the margin you actually want.

  • Deadlines that pass

A dispute window or a policy change goes unnoticed, and the money or the sale is gone by the time anyone looks.

What care changes

From hoping it works to knowing it does

Without careWith a care planWhat it saves you
You learn about a broken flow from an angry customer.A heartbeat notices the gap and our team is alerted first.Days of lost recovery and a customer who never wrote.
Updates wait for months because nobody owns them.A weekly list shows what is pending, and you approve each one.Security risk and surprise breakages.
A fix means finding someone and explaining everything again. The people who know your store repair it and replay what failed. The time spent briefing a stranger.
Results stay where launch day left them.Monthly improvements test and refresh what is working.Revenue that a slow-moving flow was leaving behind.
You have no idea what ran last month.A letter on billing day shows runs, alerts, fixes and next steps. The uncertainty that comes with silence.

How care works

Six steps from subscribing to a quiet month

  1. 01

    Subscribe in minutes

Choose a plan, pay by card and receive a link to your client portal. Your care record opens the same day.

  2. 02

    Connect read-only

You grant the narrowest access that lets our watchers see status and errors, and nothing that exposes customer records.

  3. 03

    Test every alert

Before we call you protected, we trigger each alert on purpose and confirm it reaches us with the right words.

  4. 04

We watch and clear the noise

Most alerts are harmless, and we clear them without troubling you. The ones that matter reach a person at once.

  5. 05

    We repair and replay

When something breaks we fix the cause, replay what failed and tell you what happened, in writing.

  6. 06

You read one letter a month

On billing day a short report arrives with what ran, what we touched and what is waiting on you.

What we watch

Nine things we keep an eye on for you

We watch your automations the way a good mechanic listens to an engine: for the small change in sound that comes before the breakdown.

  • Cart and checkout events

We confirm that carts are captured and checkout events keep arriving, because silence here costs the most.

  • Recovery and flow sends

We watch send counts and bounces, so a stalled sequence is spotted within hours rather than weeks.

  • Assistant answers

We review fallbacks and unanswered questions, then correct the answers that let customers down.

  • Pricing rules

We check changes against your floor and ceiling, so a rule can never run away from your margin.

  • Supplier orders

We compare orders paid with orders delivered to suppliers, and flag any gap straight away.

  • Payout matching

We make sure every payout is matched and that nothing is left unexplained at month end.

  • Dispute deadlines

We track each response window, so no evidence is missed because a date slipped past.

  • Connection health

We catch expiring logins and revoked permissions before they quietly stop a flow.

  • Store and site health

We look for checkout errors, certificate expiry and slow key pages through a read-only watcher.

A month in care

What happens behind the scenes, week by week

  1. Week 1

    The update sweep

We scan for pending updates and notices, list what needs attention and tell you which can wait.

  2. Week 2

    The quiet check

We look for flows that should have run and did not, which is the failure most stores never see.

  3. Week 3

    The improvement cycle

On Tune and Grow we test one change and refresh one message, using what last month showed.

  4. Week 4

    The repair window

We clear queued fixes, replay anything that failed and prepare your letter.

  5. Billing day

    Your letter

A short report arrives covering the month that just ended and the one that starts now.

  6. Any day

    The alert

When something breaks, a message names the step, the cause and what we did.

Six promises written into every care plan

  • You can cancel before your next billing date, and the plan ends when the paid month does.
  • We ask before any repair runs past your monthly hours, and we never charge for unapproved work.
  • We use read-only access wherever it is enough, and we remove every account when you leave.
  • Every alert and every fix is reported in writing, so you always have a record.
  • You own everything we build and repair, as the intellectual property policy describes.
  • Your price stays the same for as long as you stay on the plan.
The numbers that matter

What the plans commit to

  • 24/7automated checks, so a failure is seen when it happens, not when someone logs in.
  • 6 to 24 hwritten reply target on every alert, depending on your plan.
  • 1 lettereach month, short enough to read over a coffee, with every number that matters.
Questions

Care plan questions, answered

What is a Checkout Loom care plan?

A monthly subscription in which our team watches your store automations, repairs what breaks, keeps updates tidy and sends you a plain-language report. Higher plans add monthly improvements and new automation work.

Is there a contract?

No. Care plans run month to month, and you can stop before your next billing date. Nothing is lost if you leave, because you already own every flow, rule and piece of copy.

Do I need to have bought a build from you first?

It helps, because we know exactly how your automations were made. If your automations came from elsewhere, tell us through the quote form and we run a one-time audit to confirm what we can safely watch.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with Watch if you have a few automations and just want to know they work. Choose Tune if you want results to keep improving, and Grow if the store depends on automation and every hour of delay costs money.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up whenever you outgrow a plan and move down at your next billing date. The change takes effect straight away when you move up.

What access do you need?

Read-only access to the status and error information of your tools wherever possible, granted through your client portal. We ask for write access only for the repair work you approve, and the access guide explains each role.

How will I hear about a problem?

You receive a short written message that names the automation, the step that failed, the cause and what we did or what we need from you. We never call, so every message is a record you can forward to your team.

Does care replace the thirty days of fixes after a build?

No. Those thirty days come with every build. Care begins as they end, or earlier if you prefer, and it carries on for as long as you want it. The support and warranty page explains the difference.

What happens to my customers’ data?

Our watchers read status and error text only, never customer records, card details or order contents. The data processing agreement sets out how anything else is handled.

How do I pay and how do I cancel?

You subscribe through secure checkout and are billed monthly by card. Cancel from your client portal before the next billing date, and the plan simply ends when the paid month does. A month that has already been paid is not refunded.

Stop wondering whether it still works

Pick a plan and your care record opens today. Cancel before any billing date and the plan simply ends.
