One price, paid once, with nothing added at checkout
This page explains how paying works: what you pay, in which currency, by which methods, when it is due and what you will never be charged. It is short because our pricing is.

Six facts about how payment works
Our pricing is built to be easy to understand. These six facts describe nearly everything about it.
Prices are one-time and in US dollars
The price you see is the price you pay once for the scope shown, with no hourly charges, revenue share or monthly fee from us.
Checkout is secure
Payments are taken by a payment provider that handles your card details, so they never reach our own systems.
Cards and wallets work
You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, wherever they are available to you.
Nothing is added at checkout
Delivery, setup and options you chose are in the total you see. We add no processing or service fees on top.
You receive a receipt straight away
A receipt arrives by email at once, listing your plan, options, total and order reference.
Refunds follow clear rules
The refund policy explains when a refund applies: in full before any work has started, or the remaining balance if we are unable to deliver.
Prices
The prices on our service pages, from $890 to $8,900 for the plans, are the full prices for the scope each plan describes. The total in a calculator is the amount you pay. We do not charge a revenue share, an hourly rate or a monthly fee, and we never add a fee at checkout that was not in the total you saw.
What is not included
A build runs inside tools that you pay for directly, such as your store platform, email tool, helpdesk or accounting software. Those subscriptions, and any usage charges they make, are separate from our price. If your plan or a calculator option adds a tool for you, the option says so and the cost is in the total.
Ordering through checkout
Each service page has a calculator. You choose your plan and options, and the order summary shows the total and the delivery estimate. You pay securely at checkout. When payment clears, we send a receipt and a link to your client portal, and your project begins when we have your brief and access.
Ordering through a quote
If you ask for a custom quote, the written quote states the scope, the total price in US dollars and when payment is due. Unless the quote says otherwise, payment is due in full when you approve it. A quote stays valid for fourteen days, as described in the terms of service.
Payment methods
Payment methods depend on your country and device, and the checkout shows what is available to you. Your bank or card provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates when you pay in a currency other than US dollars, and those are outside our control.
Taxes and invoices
Your receipt lists the plan, options, price and order reference. If you need an invoice with your business details, ask through the contact form and choose the billing topic, and we send one promptly.
Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we pause the order until it is resolved and tell you what happened. If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact us first, because we can usually fix things faster than a card dispute can. The refund policy describes when a refund applies.
Changes to prices
We may change our prices from time to time. A change applies to new orders only, and a quote you have already received stays valid for its fourteen days at the price it states.
Questions people ask about this policy
Do you charge a monthly fee?
No. Our prices are one-time. The only recurring costs are the subscriptions to your own platforms and apps, which are billed by their providers.
Is anything added to the total at checkout?
No. The total you see in the calculator is the amount you pay. We add no setup, processing or service fees on top.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
The standard way to pay is through secure checkout. For custom quotes, ask through the contact form and we will tell you what is possible for your situation.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, by email as soon as your payment clears. If you need an invoice with company details, ask for one and we send it promptly.
What if I want a refund?
A full refund applies only before any work has started, and if we are unable to deliver you receive the remaining balance. Read the refund policy, then send a request through the contact form with your order reference.
Which currencies do you accept?
Prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer or bank converts the amount if your account uses another currency.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major cards through our secure payment processor. The checkout shows exactly what is available for your order.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and card numbers never touch our own systems.
Can I pay in instalments?
Larger builds can be split into a deposit and a balance, and the quote shows the schedule before you approve it.
Can I get a receipt with my business name?
Yes. Add your company name and tax details at checkout, or ask through the portal, and we reissue the receipt.
