Watch care plan · $149 a month

Know about a broken automation before your customers do

Watch is the safety net for stores with a handful of automations. We listen to each one around the clock, tell you in writing within 24 hours when something needs you, and repair what breaks inside one hour of included work every month.

Who it is for

Watch fits the store that cannot afford to look away

You built your automations so you could stop doing things by hand. Watch makes sure that decision stays a good one.

  • Owners without a technical team

Nobody on your side checks whether the flows still run, and you would rather not learn it from a customer.

  • Stores with a few key flows

Cart recovery, a support assistant and a supplier feed carry real revenue, so their failure needs a witness.

  • Anyone whose time is the scarce thing

You are happy to read one short letter a month and leave the watching to someone else.

What will be done

Six jobs we do for you, every month

  • We listen to every automation

Each one reports in when it runs, so a gap in the heartbeat is as visible to us as an error.

  • We triage every alert

We separate harmless noise from real trouble, and only the second kind reaches you.

  • We repair what breaks

We renew connections, correct rules and fix the cause rather than only restarting the flow.

  • We replay what failed

Orders, messages and syncs that missed their moment are run again once the fix is in.

  • We keep an update list

Every week you see which plugins, apps and notices are waiting, and you choose when each goes live.

  • We write you one letter

On billing day you read what ran, what we touched and what is waiting on you.

How we do it

The method behind the watching

Care is only as good as the way it is delivered. This is the method we follow for every Watch client, in the order we follow it.

  1. 01

    Map what matters

We list your automations and rank them by what a failure would cost, so the watching starts where the risk is greatest.

  2. 02

    Add the heartbeat

Each automation gets a small check-in that tells us when it last ran and how it ended.

  3. 03

    Install the watcher

A read-only plugin or app reports checkout errors, expiring certificates and failed jobs from your store.

  4. 04

    Prove every alert

We break something on purpose, confirm the alert fires with clear words and fix the wording if it does not.

  5. 05

    Set the response rules

We agree who is told, how fast and in what words, for each kind of failure.

  6. 06

    Go live and report

Watching starts and your first letter arrives on your next billing day.

Written for people who are busy

Every alert names the automation, the step, the cause and the outcome in plain words. You never receive a stack trace or a vague warning to decipher.

If a customer could be affected, we tell you first and say what to expect. If we need something from you, the message says exactly what and by when.

Safe by design

We see status, never your customers

  • No customer records

Watchers send status and cleaned error text only, so names, addresses and card details never leave your store.

  • Read-only by default

We ask for write access only for a repair you have approved, and we remove it when the repair is done.

  • Accounts you can audit

Every account we use is named and listed in your portal, with the date it was granted and its purpose.

When to move up

Signs that Watch is no longer enough

  • You now run more than five automations, or more than one store.
  • You want results to improve each month, not only to keep working.
  • You would like replies in twelve hours or less.
  • You want your own list of tests and refreshes for the quarter ahead.
  • A peak season is coming and you want a readiness check before it.
  • Repairs regularly need more than one hour, and you would rather pay one price.
What you can expect

Three numbers that define the plan

  • 24 his the longest you wait for a written reply to any alert.
  • 1 hof hands-on repair is included every month, with a quote before any more.
  • 5automations and one store are watched at all times.
Questions

About the Watch plan

What exactly does Watch watch?

Up to five of your automations, plus one store or site through a read-only watcher. For each automation we track whether it ran, whether it finished and whether anything looks wrong in between.

Why is a missed run treated like a failure?

Because a flow that never starts raises no error at all. We know when a run is expected, so a quiet automation is flagged exactly like a broken one.

What does one hour of repair buy me?

A real hour of hands-on work from someone who knows your build, such as renewing a connection, correcting a rule or replaying failed runs. Most repairs take far less, and unused time does not roll over.

What if a repair needs more than an hour?

We tell you before we start and give you the price in writing. Nothing runs past your monthly hour without your yes.

Do I get alerts too?

You receive a message whenever an issue touches your customers or needs a decision from you. Routine noise is cleared by our team and summarised in your monthly letter.

Can Watch cover a store on any platform?

The store watcher supports WordPress with WooCommerce and Shopify. For other platforms, we watch the automations themselves and tell you plainly what the store watcher cannot see.

Will you change anything without asking?

No. Repairs inside your monthly hour fix the cause of a failure. Anything that alters how an automation behaves is proposed first and approved by you.

How is Watch different from Tune?

Watch keeps what you have working. Tune adds a monthly cycle of tests and refreshes, a faster reply and more watched automations, so the results improve as well as survive.

Can I add more than five automations?

Yes. Move up to Tune, which watches fifteen, or ask for a quote if you need something in between.

How do I start and stop?

Subscribe at checkout, connect read-only access in your client portal and we test every alert before calling you protected. To stop, cancel before your next billing date. A month that has already been paid is not refunded.
