Delivery and turnaround

Delivery windows from 5 to 32 working days, stated up front

Every plan shows its delivery window before you pay. This page explains what those windows mean, what starts and pauses the clock, how rush options change them and what happens if we are late.

  • Written in plain English
  • A summary above every section
  • Updated when our practice changes

The clock

Five facts about delivery times

A delivery window is only useful if it means something specific. These five facts define exactly what ours means.

  • The window is stated before you pay

Each plan shows its window on the service page and in your order summary, so you know the timeline before you commit.

  • The clock starts when we have what we need

It starts when payment has cleared, your brief is complete and we have access to your store and tools.

  • It pauses when we are waiting for you

If access, answers or feedback are late, the clock pauses for the waiting time, and we tell you when that happens.

  • Priority and rush shorten it

Priority delivery is about thirty percent faster and rush delivery about twice as fast, for a fixed fee shown in the calculator.

  • Delays are explained

If a build is at risk of missing its window, we tell you promptly and explain why, and the price stays as agreed.

  • You always know where things stand

Your client portal shows each milestone, the next step and who is waiting on whom.

01

Delivery windows by plan

In plain EnglishEach of our ten services has three plans, and each plan has its own window.

Windows are measured in working days, which exclude weekends and public holidays in the place where the work is done. Across all services they run from five working days for a small plan to thirty-two for the largest. Every service page lists its three windows and the calculator updates the estimate as you choose options, so the number you see at checkout is the one that applies.

02

What starts the clock

In plain EnglishThree things must be in place, and the clock starts when the last of them arrives.
  • Your payment has cleared, or your written quote has been approved and paid.
  • Your brief is complete, meaning we have the answers we need about your store, brand and rules. The store automation brief helps with this.
  • We have the access listed in the access and requirements guide, granted through your client portal.

We tell you the exact start date the moment all three are in place.

03

What pauses the clock

In plain EnglishThe clock pauses while we wait for you, and only for that time.

If we are waiting for access that has not arrived, an answer to a question or feedback on a draft, the clock pauses after two working days of waiting and resumes the moment you respond. We always tell you when we pause it and why, and the pause is shown in your client portal.

04

How the work is staged

In plain EnglishEvery build moves through three stages, each with its own milestone.
  • Plan and setup: your brief, access, audit and the written build plan.
  • Build: the flows, copy, rules and settings built inside your store.
  • Testing and launch: testing on real data, launch, the walkthrough and the playbook.
05

Priority and rush delivery

In plain EnglishMove your build to the front of the queue for a fixed fee.

Priority delivery shortens the standard window by about thirty percent, and rush delivery by about half, with a second builder assigned to your project. Both have a minimum window, because testing cannot be skipped, and both are priced on the service page. If you choose one, you see the shorter window before you pay.

06

If a delay is likely

In plain EnglishWe tell you promptly, and we explain why.

If your build is at risk of missing the window, we tell you promptly and explain why. A delay can come from late access or feedback, a platform outage, a change in your platform’s rules or a change you asked for part-way through. A late build is not refundable by itself, and the refund policy explains when a refund applies.

07

After delivery

In plain EnglishOnce the build is live, your revision rounds and thirty days of fixes begin.

Delivery is the moment the build is live in your store. From then, your two revision rounds, described in the revision policy, and thirty days of fixes, described on the support and warranty page, apply.

Questions

Questions people ask about this policy

What is a working day?

A working day is a weekday that is not a public holiday where the work is done. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the delivery window.

Can I speed up my build after I order?

Yes, as long as work has not reached the stage where extra people would slow it down. Ask through the contact form and we tell you whether priority or rush delivery is still possible.

Why do some plans take so much longer?

Larger plans include more flows, channels and testing. A Scale plan connects more tools, covers more edge cases and runs more tests on real data than a Starter plan does.

Will you tell me if the date is going to move?

Yes. If a build is at risk, we tell you promptly and explain why. Your client portal always shows the current plan and the next milestone.

Does the window include revisions?

No. The window measures the time to first delivery. Revision rounds follow it and have their own turnaround, explained in the revision policy.

When does the clock start?

When we have your complete brief, your order is paid and the access we need is working, so every day in the window is a day of real work.

What pauses the clock?

Waiting for something only you can provide, such as an access approval or feedback. We tell you when it pauses and when it resumes.

Can I pay for rush delivery?

On most services you can, subject to availability. The quote shows the faster window and the extra price before you decide.

What if I need a go-live date for a sale?

Tell us the date in the quote form and we plan backwards from it. If it is not realistic, we say so before you order.

What happens if you are late?

We tell you promptly and explain why, and the price stays as agreed. A late build is not refundable by itself, and the refund policy explains when a refund applies.

Want to see the window for your plan?

Every service page lists its three windows and updates the estimate as you choose options.

  • Window shown before you pay
  • Updates if a date moves
  • Priority and rush available
