Store file upload

Send us what we need to start your build faster

Brand guidelines, product exports, shipping and returns policies, screenshots of an issue or a report from your store: drop them here and they reach your project team directly, privately and safely.

What to send

The files that save the most time

You do not have to send everything at once. These are the files that most often shorten a build, listed in the order we usually need them.

  • Brand guidelines and tone of voice

A style guide, a few emails you like or a page of do and do not rules lets our writers match your voice from day one.

  • Product data exports

A CSV export of your products, with titles, variants, prices and descriptions, is the starting point for descriptions, repricing and segmentation.

  • Shipping and returns policies

Your current policies, in any format, so automations enforce the rules you already promise customers.

  • Screenshots of an issue

A picture of the error, the confusing page or the report that does not add up is faster than a paragraph of explanation.

  • Reports and analytics exports

Payout reports, order exports and email performance reports show us where the money and the time are leaking.

  • Supplier lists and price sheets

A spreadsheet of suppliers, costs and lead times is all order routing needs to begin building its scoring rules.

    How we protect your files

Careful handling from the moment a file arrives

    1. 01

      Checked on arrival

Every file is checked for type, size and anything that should not be there before it is stored.

    2. 02

      Stored privately

Files are kept in private storage and are never published or indexed. Only your project team can open them.

    3. 03

      Used only for your project

We use the files to deliver the work you ordered and nothing else, as the privacy policy sets out.

    4. 04

      Removed when you ask

Ask for your files to be deleted at any time and we remove them, as described in our data processing agreement.

    5. 05

      Never used for training

Your files are not used to train AI models, and they are not shared with anyone outside your project team and our named processors.

    6. 06

      Access is logged

We keep a record of who opened each file and when, so any question about handling can be answered with facts.

    Upload questions

    Before you send

What kind of files can I send?

You can send PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT and JSON files. Other formats are not accepted, so export spreadsheets as CSV or XLSX and send screenshots as images.

How large can the files be?

Each file can be up to 20 MB, you can send up to twenty files at once, and the total can be up to 100 MB. For anything larger, share a view-only link in the link field instead.

    Are my files safe?

Files are checked when they arrive, stored privately and never made public. They are used only to deliver your project, and the privacy policy explains how long we keep them.

Should I send passwords or API keys here?

No. The form blocks anything that looks like a password or an API key. Access is requested and granted through your client portal, which keeps every permission traceable and easy to remove.

Do I need an order reference?

A reference helps us match your files to the right project quickly, but it is optional. If you do not have one, use the same name and email address you used when you ordered.

Can I send a link instead of a file?

Yes. A view-only link to a shared folder works well for large files, and the form accepts a link as an alternative to attaching anything.

    What file types are accepted?

Documents, spreadsheets, images, text exports and archives are accepted. The form tells you immediately if a type is not allowed so you can send it another way.

Can I upload before I order?

Yes, but it helps to include your name and store so we can match the files to your request when it arrives.

What if I sent the wrong file?

Send the correct one and tell us through the contact form which to remove. Files are deleted on request.

Will I get confirmation that the files arrived?

Yes. You see a confirmation page straight away and a copy of what you sent reaches your inbox.

    Nothing to upload yet?

You can start with a quote, and send files whenever you are ready. A quick message also works if you are not sure what is useful.

    • Removed when you ask
